More than just the first place for help with POS systems, we have dedicated teams and tools designed to support all your restaurant IT hardware needs.
We are seeing an increase in the failure to return defective POS equipment back to the appropriate Vendors. Failure to return this equipment results in charges to your restaurants. Please remind store personnel to follow the below steps:
- New equipment must be installed within same day as delivery. Do NOT throw away the box or packing material!
- Immediately box up the old, non-working equipment in the same box or boxes that came with the new equipment. Do not combine items in one box.
- New shipping label will be underneath the original label on the box.
- If there is not a return label, please call the Restaurant Help Desk to request a label at 800-835-3379
- Make box available for FedEx to pick up. FedEx will automatically show up after you receive the replacement equipment. Be sure to let other crew members know about the package that needs to be picked up.
- If FedEx fails to pick up within 5 business days please call the Restaurant Help Desk to schedule a pick up at 800-835-3379
