Placing an Order with Comcast

Before you get started, please make sure you have reached out to the NeON Team to understand your site priority for the National roll out. It may also be helpful to wait until after your FAM (Franchise Account Manager) with Comcast has reached out to you.

Step 1: Please fill out the Restaurant Information Form (RIF) and send to projectNeON@comcast.com

• All Franchise's must complete this form with the current restaurant network information.
• It is the responsibility of the Franchise Owner or NeON Champion to check all information provided for accuracy and completeness before sending to Comcast.

Step 2: Sign the Adoption Agreement

• This agreement must be executed for the terms and conditions of the Master Pizza Hut Comcast agreement to apply to your services. To request a full copy of the Master Agreement, please email NeON@yum.com with the subject "Request for SOW"
• The Franchise Adoption Agreement will be sent by Comcast via DocuSign. You should complete as instructed by Comcast.

Step 3: After you have turned in your RIF, a service availability request will be sent to the local Internet Service Provider (ISP).

• A service availability survey will be required by the ISP to determine if cable internet is available. An email with the date and time of the survey appointment will be sent to the Restaurant Point of Contact. Many times, the ISP will not need access inside the building, but if they do, please allow them access to determine if cable is available.
• After receiving the ISP service availability survey results, the FAM will contact you to discuss if:
  • Cable internet is readily available to be ordered and installed
  • Construction is needed to install cable, and discuss how you would like to proceed
  • Cable is not available, and provide an alternative connection option.

Step 4: Sign the Sales Order Form (SOF)

• Once the analysis of your store is completed, a Sales Order Form (SOF) will be generated. The SOF will contain the monthly charges by location + any one-time charges (installation fees/construction costs). The SOF will be sent via DocuSign and should be filled out according to the Comcast instructions.
• Please pay close attention to the sites listed on each SOF as you may receive more than one due to site prioritization.
