SWIFT Polling

SWIFT is here! We are proud to announce the newest polling process is live.

SWIFT is a secure cloud-based polling solution which will deliver poll files from SUS, FMS, and eRestaurant to Polling Vendors, PH Corporate systems, Yum Corporate systems, and Franchisee self pollers.  The solution makes files available as they are generated, usually triggered by an event such as End Of Day, providing the data quicker than traditional polling.   

The new SWIFT process requires you to identify which Poll Vendor should have access to your data for the files to be delivered correctly.

To do this, access the Self Service Toolkit, (using Chrome or Firefox web browser) click the links on this page or find it within Hut Link Quick Links, and select the Manage Poll Vendor menu item.  You will be able to see your organization and make your selections.

How does the cloud know where to put my files?

The Self Service Toolkit (SST) is where you manage which poll vendor will receive your restaurant files. This handbook will help you navigate assigning a vendor to your restaurants. Each individual restaurant must have a vendor assigned for the files to be delivered. You can assign your entire organization at once or select individual stores. When new stores are added to your organization you will receive an email reminder to select your polling vendor. 

What if I have more than one vendor?

SST allows for you to choose as many vendors as are applicable. Make sure you select all of your vendors when assigning them and the files will be delivered accordingly.

What are my Vendor options?

We have 8 options for you to choose from in the drop-down selection menu in SST. Our 6 approved vendors are Infosync, OneDataSource, Deliver Plus, Delaget, MyBizView, and Ops Explorer. We understand there are some Franchise partners who prefer to do all of their polling on their own and we offer a Self option for this reason. If you do not currently use one of the external vendors listed or receive all of your reports through Hutlink, you will need to select “No Polling” in the vendor drop down menu.
