VERIFONE CREDIT CARD DEVICES
Secure and Reliable, The Verifone VX devices are the approved way to take all Credit Card Transactions.
We highly recommend that each restaurant employ a device at every POS terminal as well as one on your BOH. This will allow your transactions to flow in real time and not queue in the system waiting for an available device. Check out the links to the right for more information and install guides.

What do I need to set up a new device?
- Reach out to your Implementation Rep to start the device order process. They will guide you through the set-up paperwork and help you place your device order.
- Reach out to your BANK PROCESSOR (Bank of America Merchant Services (BAMS) or CITI)
- Create an account for your restaurant(s) with them. They will create a Merchant ID (MID) and 15 Terminal ID's (TID) per location.
- Reach out to AMEX to have them set up your new location(s)
- Reach out to RSCS (Cory Bruce) to set up your Gift Card MID
- You, the bank, RSCS and your IMP Rep will get the MID/TID information together to finish the onboarding form. PH IMP will send in the onboarding form to Verifone on your behalf.
- You will be able to reach out to Implementations for shipment updates and for any questions you may have about the delivery, set up and pairing of your new devices.
